He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Bradley and Patsy Bradley; his grandparents, Oscar Belv "Bill" and Lilly Lee Qualls; his sister Leticia "Tish" Starnes; his uncle Johnnie Forrester "Foster" Qualls (Carolyn); his cousin Lisa Qualls Jennings; and his grandson Ashton Reid Forrester.
He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Dixon (Jimmy Dalton), Savannah Bradley and Shenoah Vicars (Isaac Vicars); his grandchildren, Benjiman Dalton, Carson Bradley, Caylee Bradley, Carmen Sotello and Cashtynn Sotello; the mother of his children Rhonda Wilson; his sister Ann Britton; his nephew Logan Starnes; his niece Hannah Starnes; his cousins, Belva Edwards, Karla Lochas, John Qualls and Susie Walker; his close friends, Elizabeth "Liz" Bell, Kenny Cooper, Bryan Henderson and David Taylor; and also Norma Jean Bishop.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests monetary donations to help cover funeral expenses. Donations can be made directly to his daughter, Shenoah Vicars.
