He is survived by: his wife Cindy Burton; his children, Lindsey Phillips (Daniel), Mallory Burton and Ryan Burton (Sarah); his grandchildren, Greyson, Maddie, Leo and Nolan; his mother-in-law Charlotte Hughes; his brother-in-law Eddie Hughes (Karen); and his niece McKenzie Miller (Matt).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
