He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Stewart "Koehler"; his sisters, Heather Hough "Stewart" (Gerald) and Sara Stewart; his daughter-in-law Candie L Stewart "Mueller"; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Terry Koehler (Judi), Dennis Alan Koehler (Tina) and Debora Ann Delany "Koehler" (Tom).
