She is survived by: her children, Terry Wade (Electa), Randy Wade (Tammie), Lavada Mullins (Lanny) and Tony Wade (Shannon); her grandchildren, Crystal Wade, Larry Wade, Paul Wade, Andrew Wade, Evan Wade, Jenna Wade, Benjamin Mullins, Aubrey Mullins, Amanda Egan, Anthony Wade, River Wade and Lottie Wade; her great grandchildren, Carson Brown and Jayden Egan; and her sisters, June Shaffer and Betty Newland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
