She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney William and Nora Ethel Barger Berg; and her children, Tina Donnelly and Terry Hibbard. She is survived by: her husband Frank Robert Shcaefer, Jr.; her children, Tammy Young of Kingsport, Tennessee and Gregory Rogers (Bonnie) of Moorefield; and her stepdaughter Michelle Lininger. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
