It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Flanary of Kingsport, Tennessee, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, Donna Teague Conrad and Donald E. Teague Jr.; her grandson Jacob Teague; her parents, Evelyn Begitski Culhane and Donald Culhane Sr.; and her siblings, Betty Luttrell, Donna Seifred, Milton Pagel, Robert, Donald and Ronald Culhane.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Flanary; her children, Deborah Payne (Russ), Patricia Teague, George Teague (Debbie) and Robert Teague (Rachel); and her brother John Culhane (Kay) of Illinois. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
