He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Loudy and Ethel Loudy; his wife Susan Louren Loudy; and his siblings, Eddie Loudy and Betty Davis.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tonia Ellsworth and Susan Morgan (Mike); his grandsons, Evan Roberts, Logan Salyers and Lance Salyers; his great grandchildren, Noah Salyers and McKenna Salyers; and his brothers, Earl Loudy, Douglas Loudy and Charles Loudy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
