It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Richardson Kelley of Kingsport, Tennessee, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Arline Ferguson, Kenneth "Yogi" Richardson, Jerry Richardson and Jim Richardson. She is survived by: her caregiver Sharron Richardson; her nieces and nephews, Beth Copas, Laura Richardson, Jeff Richardson (Lisa), Anthony Richardson (Jamie), Michael Richardson and Mitchell Richardson (Jennifer); and her friend Clay Hammonds. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews; many cousins.
