He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Foster and Cara Ogg Foster; his wife Mickey Foster; his sisters, Dorothy Foster Stuart and Sue Foster Ousley; and his daughter-in-law Emelita M. Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Kalonick (Bob) and Tom Foster (Virginia); his grandchildren, Brian Cevilla (Sherry), Louisa Craven (Frank), Adria Ott (Jimmy), Shelly Bussell (Steve) and Rich Kalonick (Gretchen); and his great grandchildren, Cody, Caden Cevilla, Andrew Wilson, Tyler Craven (Nicole), Noah Craven, Benjamin, Noel, Wright and Jack Russell. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would welcome a donation in his name to either Broadway Baptist Church in Knoxville Tennessee or First Baptist Church of Kingsport Tennessee.
