He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Reber and Pruella Hippenstiel Cain; and his former wife Donna Lee Cain. He is survived by: his daughters, Ami Bailey (Greg), Mindi Cain and Sandi Wise (Christopher) of Placerville, California.; and his wife Margaret.
