We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2025, at the age of 97, Ray W Bingham in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Ray farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ray is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Trula Bingham; and his siblings, Jo Ellis and Eugene Bingham. He is survived by: his children, Mike Bingham (Diane) and Patti Satterfield (Larry); his grandsons, Brett Satterfield, Christopher Bingham (MacKenzie) and Blake Bingham (Carlie); his great grandchild Kirk Bingham; his nephew Steve Bingham (Phyllis); and his niece Julie Ellis-Behnke (Rutledge).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Preston Hills Presbyterian Church, 4701 Orebank Road, Kingsport, TN 37664, honoring Ray's memory and his contributions to his place of worship.
