Randy left this world on April 25, 2024 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Maddux and Mabel Maddux; his son Brice; and his sister Leigh Ann. He is survived by : his wife Sherry; his children, Alison Maddux and Cameron Maddux; and his close friends, Tommy Cantrell and Bob Fosson.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (161 E Ravine Rd, Kingsport, TN 37660). A reception was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
