He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Jones and Clarence Collins; his stepfather Robert Jones; and his siblings, Robert, Johnny Hood, Roger Stapleton, Carolyn Hood and Loretta Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Arp, Latasha Collins and Randall Jeffrey Collins, Jr.; his grandchildren, Anastasia, Goliath, Isaac Arp, Abrianna, Kash Begley, Holden Still and Shai Rimer; his great grandchild Alani Cronan; his siblings, Vanessa Marshall, Mary Hass, Joyce Wells and Allyn Hood; and his close friend Peter Belli. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
