He is survived by: his wife Faye Lewis; his children, Stephen Lewis (Tracie) and Sandra Lewis Barrett (Eddie); his granddaughter April Barrett Richmond (Andrew); his great grandchild Brayden Richmond; and also, Mary Hutchins, Diamond Bowery, Connie Lambert, Theresa Phelps, Karl Bemdt and Carrigan Shaffer.
