She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bowlin Fugate and Genevieve McMurray Fugate; and her siblings, Joe Bolin Fugate, Jr. and Linda Laughlin. She is survived by: her husband Harry Melvin "Pete" Moore; her children, Ronald Travis Bare (Robin) and Crystal Lou Bare; her grandchildren, Joshua Bare (Kaitlynn) and Mara Bare; her great grandchildren, Coriander Colwell, Camden Colwell and Kingston Bare; and her sister Frances Harris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
An entombment was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fireside Room at Oak Hill Funeral Home (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
