She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Thomas and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Thomas; her husband Edward Lynn Gott; and her siblings, William Thomas, Nell Whitten and Kenneth Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Brown (Rusty) and Patti Lynn Bush (Andy); her brother Edward Thomas (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Andy Brown (Samantha) and Holly Christensen; and her great grandchildren, Dixie, Ethan and Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ketron Memorial Methodist Church at 301 Virgil Avenue, Kingsport, TN 37665 or Gatlinburg First United Methodist Church at 742 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.
