She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Robert "Bob" and Anna Elizabeth Adams Derrick; and her husband Rev. James R. Alley. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Phillips of Kingsport and David L. Alley (Janice) of Kodak, TN; her grandsons, Matthew Alley (Danielle) and Aaron Alley; and her stepgrandchildren, Chad Kanipe (Cindy), Chris Kanipe Bridget Phillips (Julie), Crawford and Gavin Phillips.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital in Norma's memory.
