He is survived by: his parents, Cameron Bryan McDowell and Hannah Tiara Payne; his grandparents, Preston and Keli McDowell; his cousins, Bret McDowell, Chandler, Bethany McDowell (Willow), Alexis McDowell, Addison McDowell, Shaun, Lori Taron, Larry, Camille Hanson (Andrew), Scott and Janilyn McCrady; his grandparents, Terry Payne Jr., Sarah and Neil Moore; his cousins, Michelle Martin (Lucas), Allison, Wayne Costley (Abby), Jeremy, Hiroko Payne, Ryan, Rebecca Fisher (Emilia), Roger, Rachael Gober and Kain Moore; and his great-grandparents, George, Deborah DeFrieze, Wanda Cape, Mary Holt, Brent "Bud" and Charlene Bryan.
