She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Herndon and Nellie Herndon; her daughter Melissa Mabe; and her siblings, Roxie Jervis, Sheila Robinette, Paulette Woosley, Shirley Day, Walter Woodley, Jr. (Buddy) and Betty Newsome.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Thacker; her son-in-law Michael Mabe of Thomasville, NC; her grandchildren, Mechala, Matthew Mabe of Thomasville, NC., Kaitlyn, Andrew Thacker of Kingsport, TN. and Joe Kanipe; and her sister Frances Farris (Larry) of Greenville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mildred Ann Thacker, 73, passed from death unto life on Friday, April 5, 2024 after a courageous battle of Alzheimer's Disease.
