He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Jo Ramey; his parents, Carl E. Ramey and Doris Page Ramey; and his sister Mary Frances Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Michael Gouge and Lena Barry; his grandson Aiden Gouge; and his siblings, Eugene Ramey (Trudi), Dorothy Duda (Bill), Lois Arrington, Minnie Rhoton and Viola R. Campbell (Bill). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
