He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Bartley Alley and Dale C. Alley. He is survived by: his wife Janice S. Alley; his children, Tony Alley (Ana), LeAnne Himes (Jason) and Wendy Lewis (Alan); his grandchildren, Valerie, Joseph, Victoria, Danica, Tyler and Haley; his aunt Delores Bartley Whiten "Aunt Tootsie"; his close friend Jerry Lawson; and his pet Tabby. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in law.
