She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Leland Smith and Carrie Smith; and her husband James. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Champ (John) and Brian Rector (Meg); her grandchildren, Acacia Shaffer (Caleb), Bryson Rector, Emily Champ, Alexis Champ and Saylor Rector; her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Cooper (Justin), Luke Champ and Axl Dykes; her great grandchildren, Raelynn, Brooklyn, Sawyer and Lyla; her brothers, Paul Smith, Kyle Smith (Jackie), Harold Smith (Faye) and Larry Smith (Connie); her sisters-in-law, Sue Parrish and Judy Snodgrass (Rick); and her close friends, Bill Potter and Darlene Frazier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
