Lucille Winegar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2024, at the age of 94, Lucille Winegar (Kingsport, Tennessee), born in Blountville, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucille Winegar to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Clarence and Cynthia Ella Clark Harr; her husband Grove R. Winegar; her son Mark Winegar (Fern); and her siblings, Clarence Harr (Dot), Willard Harr (Jerrie), Herman Harr (Betty), Dale Harr, Jerry Harr and Sue Wagner (Fred).

She is survived by: her children, Gary Winegar (Mary), Suzanne Dobbs (Eugene) and Sherry Mumpower (Glen); her grandchildren, Traci Mitchell (Jerry), Pam Johnson (Terry), Jason Winegar (Cindy), Stephanie Packard (Tyler), David Dobbs (Pam), Rachel Parsons (Josh), Aaron Longworth (Autumn) and Eli Queen; her stepgrandchildren, Tanisha Bradley and Gray Mumpower (Mackensey); her siblings, Wayne Harr (Vivian) and Ann Mays (Charles); and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Harr and Becky Harr. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
