He is survived by: his grandparents, Jan, Danuta Kazimierczak and Nadine Lewis; his parents, Dr. W. Jan Kazmier and Terry Kazmier; his siblings, Dr. Peter Kazmier (Faeza Kazmier) and Magda Kazmier; his nephew Laith; and his nieces, Hannah, Laila and Amal.
