He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lowe and Lantha Williams Lowe; and his sisters, Helen Peters Touton and Jackie Bellamy. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ryans Lowe; his sister Phyllis Lowe; his siblings-in-law, Joe Bellamy, Judy Ryans Wampler, Betty Ryans Stewart (Victor) and Deborah Horner; his nieces, Lisa Castle (Mike), Susan Peters and Jenny Peters; and his close friend Henry Bellamy. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
