She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde E. Lane; her parents, William Overbay and Juanita Overbay; and her siblings, Helen Dunn, Peggy Thompson, Clifton, William and J. D. Overbay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie McMurray (Clifford), Martha Carter (Steven), Sarah Bennett (Terry) and Vanessa Lawson (Frank); and her siblings, Thelma Hale, Mary Tucker, Benny Overbay and Jerry Overbay. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: sixteen great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren.
