It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Andre Dexter of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adwin Dexter and Louise Randish Dexter; his brother Jimmy Dexter; his niece Penny Roberts; and his nephew Jeffery Dexter.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Parker Dexter; his daughter Andrea Bledsoe (Kyle); his grandchildren, Alexandra Holley, Nicholas Holley, Antonia Holley and Allyson Bledsoe; his siblings, Gail Casey (Jack) and Stephen Dexter; his sister-in-law Doris Dexter; his nieces, Lori Hoenig and Kimberly McNutt; his great-niece Hannah Geroge; and his great-nephew Brent McNutt.
