She was predeceased by: her mother Blanche Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Mark Hayter; her son Todd Maxfield; her stepsons, Robert Ryan Hayter (Lillie) and Mitchell Cody Hayter (Megan); and her stepgrandchildren, Trinity, William, Jesse, Allen Hayter, Tommy and Chloe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or any local animal shelter/rescue center.
