She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Snapp, Sr. and Leota Carter Snapp; and her sister Janice Snapp Fraley Payne. She is survived by: her husband James Randell Blalock; her brother Ralph E. Snapp, Jr. (Yvonne); her nephew Andrew Snapp (Jamie); her nieces, Nancy Fraley, Elizabeth Fraley Baugh and Karen Payne Ewing (Mike); her stepchildren, Dail Blalock (Katie) and Elizabeth Graham (David); her stepgrandchildren, Mollie Kate Blalock, Sam Blalock, Sadie Blalock, Carter Graham, Addison Graham and Sophie Graham; and her brother-in-law Dan Blalock (Twalla). She is also survived by her family and many friends.
