He is survived by: his children, Timothy Mullins of Kingsport, TN, William Mullins of Chuckey, TN, Phillip Mullins of Cold Spring, TX, Sean Mullins of Texas, Sharon Paige of Kingsport, TN and DeDe Sowards of Monroe, MI; and his half-siblings, Blake Mullins of Lincoln Park, MI, Timothy Mullins of Richmond, VA, Patrick Mullins, Didema McPeek, Ruby Mullins, Cathy Mullins, Ella Swiney and Marsha Bailey. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren.
