With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Hartsock of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable Hickman and Mack Hickman; her brothers, Walter and Lawrence; her daughter Amy; and her granddaughter Kristina.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis W. Hartsock; her son Curtis Jr. (Tracy); her siblings, Wayne (Terri), Wanda and Lisa (Jeff); her granddaughters, Courtney (Randy "Pooh"), Brea (Nico) and Lindsey (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Thorin, Kitana and Kayson; her cousins, Peanut and BettyJo; her niece Leslie; and her close friends, Donna and Glenn Hicks. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
