He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Dennis Wininger; his stepfather Mike Cole; his grandfather Robert "Curly" Maultbay; his uncle Rick Maultbay; his mother Beth Maultbay Cole of Kingsport, TN; his stepsiblings, Spencer Cole of Kingsport, TN and Jenny Rivers (Wes); his grandmother Wilma Maultbay; his aunt Diane Jennings (David); his uncle Tim Maultbay (Christy); his cousin Anthony Salas; and his nieces, Madison and Isabella Rivers. He was also cherished by several other aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
