He is survived by: his wife Kathie Robbins; his sons, Johnny Mack, Jr. Butler (Tammy) of Leesville, LA, David Butler and Bruce Butler (Angie) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Nicole, Victoria, David Burch, Elisabeth, Meg, Zoe and Ian; his sisters, Sylvia Munn (Marion) and Barbara Mullinax (Will); and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Butler and Al Robbins (Ellen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
