It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy W. Manis of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Manis; his wife Deborah Sue Manis; his granddaughter Tylisha Phillips; his siblings, Paul, Arthur "Buck" Hodges, Richard Manis, Shirley Burchard and Christine Brooks; and his nephew Jody Snapp.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Manis (Amy Lawson) and Amy Manis; his grandchildren, Austin Leftwich, Tyla Phillips (Jayden Watterson), Caysee Phillips and Josh Manis (Jesse); his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Logan and Dana Lawson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Maddie, Kam Lawson and Ivy Bloomer; his siblings, Lucille Snapp (Howard) and Kenneth "Hootie" Manis (Jane); and his close friend Linda Maggard.
