She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee Fugate and Mary Kate Olinger Fugate; her husband Raymond E. Salyer; and her son-in-law Gary W. Skelton. She is survived by: her aunt Pauline; her daughter Patricia Skelton; her grandchildren, Jason W. Skelton, Brian L. Skelton and Jill Whisnant (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Christian Skelton, Carson Ray Whisnant and Jackson Whisnant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jimmie's memory may be made to WHCB 91.5.
