It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jimmie B. Stapleton (Kingsport, Tennessee), who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Stapleton; her brothers, Benny Carl, Luke Junior (June) and Don Barnett; and her brother-in-law Bob Allen.

She is survived by: her sister Peggy Allen; and her sisters-in-law, Zelda Barnette and Sheila Barnett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and her cat.
