She was predeceased by: her parents, Veaulah Lea Davis Philips and Willie B Phillips; her husband Kenneth F Wade; and her siblings, Velma Ketron and Billy Joe Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Mohr (Doug); her grandchildren, Dustin Mohr (Ashley) and Brooke Mohr Watson (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Judah Mohr, Charlie Mohr, Aslan Mohr and Kenlea Watson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and cousins.
