She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Harrison and Jane Harrison (McNeil). She is survived by: her husband Cecil Carter; her daughters, Kim Salley (Tim), Missy Carter (Clay Potter) and Ceil Parker (Scott); her grandchildren, Leslie Salley (Robyn), Shalyn Simerly (Scotty), Logan Moore (Emily), Jacey DeVaughn (Conor), Dalton Parker (Autumn), Seth Worley (Rachel) and Gavin Parker (Grayson); her great grandchildren, Leighton Simerly and Hudson Moore; her siblings, Louise Thompson, Darrel Harrison (Ada) and Deloris Stacy; her brothers-in-law, Donald, Bill (Bea) and Kenneth Carter (Maxine); and also Larry Harrison (Janice). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
