With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janie Harrison France of Kingsport, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Harrison and Beulah Huff Harrison; and her siblings, John Harrison and Nan Harrison Hyde. She is survived by: her husband J. W. "Jay" France; her children, Kim Osborne (Bill) and Jeff France (Vandi); her grandchildren, Carmen Rasnick (Kyle Meyer), Zac Rasnick (Dannielle), Brandon Cannon, Brittany Strufert (Adam), Maddie France and Kate France; and her great grandchildren, Emma Kate, Elliott, Griffin Rasnick, Cannon and Crawford Strufert.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Et Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). An entombment will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
