He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert T. Quillen and Axie Quillen (Mary); his son Randy Quillen; and his brothers, Charles Quillen and Dennis Quillen.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy-Celeste Quillen; his grandchildren, Samantha and Jacob Johns; his sisters, Mary Harrison (Quillen) and Lucretia Fletcher (Quillen); and his close friend Mabel Daugherty.
