He was predeceased by: his parents, Denton Davenport and Pauline Davenport; and his brother Harold E. Davenport. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Davenport; his daughters, Lisa C. Wilder and Amy S. Shelton; his grandchildren, Samuel A. Wilder, Sabrina Fields and Paul Surcey; his great grandchildren, Bryson Blevins and Emma Fields; and his nieces, Robin and Randi. He is also survived by greater grandfather and father figure to his daughter's children and their children.
