“Helen, was such a caring person. I met her my first year in Kingsport TN. I will always remember how in my first month of business in 1982 at Diamond Exchange that I processed her order incorrectly. She was not upset and only showed compassion for my situation as I quickly made the order correct. For the next forty years she was a wonderful upbeat person to have visit us at Diamond Exchange. SHE will be so missed. Thankfully, the memories will always be with us. Lovingly, Kim and Dot”
