He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar P. Carmack and Lola Belle Large Carmack; and his siblings, Ancel Carmack, Beulah Blakley and Kathleen Corley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Bob Carmack (Judy); his grandsons, Chris and Kevin Carmack (Hong); his great grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob, Ethan and Lana; his daughter Connie Carmack Grimes (Kerry); his grandson Scott McKnight (Ashlea); his great grandchildren, Gunnar and Bella; his granddaughter Amanda McKnight (Cody); his great grandchildren, Addison and Chase; his grandchildren, Kim (Morgan), K. C. and Kennedy (Monika); his son Josh Fuller (Hayley); his grandchildren, Lofton, Nora Claire and Harper; his nephews, Steve Corley and Todd Blakley; and his niece Carole Carmack.
