He is survived by: his son Perry Lynn Dalton (Karla-Jean) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandson Austin-Monroe Dalton of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, Avis Dalton (Bonnie) of Mount Airy, NC, Rick Dalton and Lorna Bowman of Dublin, VA; his sister-in-law Helen Dalton (Lowgap); his daughter-in-law Carolyn Dalton Tolle; his child Jan Hess; and his sister Becky Brooks.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660-3719). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
