George Young Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2024, at the age of 75, George Young of Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Young and Mary Morley Young; his wife Lois Young; his brothers, Charles Young, Harold Young, Bill Young and Dale Young; and his great grandchild Amelia Young.

He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Jeff Lovin; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Twannia Young; his son Kenny Young; his grandchildren, Jessica (Tony Freeman), Melissa (Mackenzie Baker), Ethan (Tiffany Young), Gracie Green, Makala (Austin Godsey) and Parker Young (Kinsley Young); his great grandchildren, Emery, Elliot, Everett Baker, Averlynn, Aria Freeman, David, Owen and Baby Young; and his siblings, Tom Young (Billie) and Ruth Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
