He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Rhine and Jackie Rhine; his grandparents, Eva, Clay Rhine and Esther; and his uncles, Jay Bombailey, Wayne Bombailey (Linda) and Ivan Fillers.
He is survived by: his son Trey Rhine (Robin); his grandson Alias; his brothers, Todd (Sherry), Jeff (Mary) and Kevin (Judy); his aunts, Carol Ellis (Clay) and Diann Fillers; and also Ruth Ann (Stella).
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Junior's love of animals, donations may be made to the Hawkins County Humane Society.
