It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Caroll Williams (Kingsport, Tennessee), who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her stepfather Claude P. Hoover; her mother Opal Hoover (Hommell); and her brother Jim Ray Williams. She is survived by: her godson Andrew Sage; her siblings, Harris Hoover (Marydell) and Patsy Jetter; and her friend Mary Helton.
