He is survived by: his mother Billie Jean Page (Wade) of Clinchport, VA; his daughters, Jessica "Heifer" Leigh Hunt of Gate City, VA and Shaina King (Amos) of Abingdon, VA; his grandsons, Jasper "Lil Bull" Hunt, Luke, Colt and Isaac King; and his siblings, Kathy Moore, Harry Joseph Vaughn, Curtis Eugene Page and John Kennedy Page. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
