He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Spivey and Doris France Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Blevins Spivey; his son Jason Spivey; his siblings, Agnes Good (Bill), Judy Sumner (Sherwin) and Wayne Spivey; his pet Midnight; and his friend Bradley Wayne McMurray.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:50 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). He was an active member of Millcreek Baptist Church before Covid and other health issues prevented he and his wife from attending.
