She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Self and Adelia Matthews Self; her sister Betty Moore; and her son Phil Lockhart. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn McCrary; her grandsons, Brian McCrary and Mark McCrary; her great grandchildren, Aaron and Blake McCrary; her daughter-in-law Cindy Lockhart Harold; and her brother Richard Self. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
